High Risk, High Reward. Denver is taking a risk but they really have nothing to lose. They are hoping that AI will have the same effect that Rasheed had on the Pistons in 04. It will be a beautiful thing if Melo & AI can co-exist but I'm a little bit skeptical. Melo is still a young guy and has always been the best player on his team. Now, he is playing with a hall of famer. And by the way, will AI run the point? The Answer, JR Smith & Melo ... only time will tell.

It will be interesting to see The Answer & George Karl working together. Speaking of coaches ... It was reported last week that Larry Brown was working as a consultant for the Sixers. Now, don't you think he had a little bit of sway in getting The Answer to Denver to play for his good ole buddy George?

I would've loved to see AI & KG together. Now that would have been a dynamite combo! But it's all just a pipe dream now.
